During his twenty-eight years of practice in New Jersey, Mr. Martone has concentrated on real estate matters including settlements, title work, mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions and document preparation. Ms. Rosen manages all of the contested and complex litigation cases. She regularly represents mortgage lenders and private individuals in a wide range of real estate disputes, encompassing creditor's rights, lender liability, title and commercial issues. She conducts all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, alternate dispute resolution, trials and appeals. Before joining the firm, Ms. Rosen was an Assistant Prosecutor for Hudson County and practiced with commercial law firms in real estate litigation. |

Mr. Purcell has a wide range of experience in the representation of creditors in both collection and foreclosure litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Purcell worked for a number of prominent creditor-firms, where he focused on litigation for both secured and unsecured creditors. In addition, he also worked in several general practice firms that gave him a solid foundation in bankruptcy, real estate, landlord-tenant and general litigation. Mr. Purcell interfaces with our client representatives on all contested matters and argues motions in foreclosure litigation, prosecutes landlord-tenant evictions and appears in all three of NJ's Bankruptcy venues on behalf of secured creditors on motion to vacate stay and general litigation. He also attends closings for sales, purchases and refinances. Mr. Purcell also served 13 years as an Auxiliary Police officer in Livingston, NJ, having been elected to Sergeant by other members of the force and promoted to Lieutenant.
